Comments Invited The Sugarloaf Alliance (Melbourne Water, SKM. GHD and John Holland Group) has prepared a Project Impact Assessment (PIA) Report, at the direction of the Minister for Planning. The PIA Report has been placed on exhibition for public comment from 19 February 2008 until 18 March 2008. Details of the public exhibition and submission process are available.Interested persons and organisations are invited to review the PIA Report and make written submissions by 18 March 2008. Submissions should be forwarded to Planning Panels Victoria, GPO Box 2392, Melbourne, Vic 3001. Submissions need to respond to the Terms of Reference of the Advisory Committee, appointed by the Minister for Planning if they are to be considered by the Advisory Committee.
